Update: 9/26/16: I have finished the first circuit now only two left to create:

As far as combining all 3 circuits onto the same breadboard, I believe I figured that one out! Top right red LED (with voltage regulator at top left) = Circuit 1 Output, Yellow LED = Circuit 2 Output, Green LED = Circuit 3 Ouput
Currently working on my first try at digital logic using some simple ICs that contain within them various gates such as AND, NAND and OR. Will post back with the finished project at a later time.
